Our company Kolmetal s.r.o. focuses primarily on custom-order metal machining. We are located in the city of Kolín, Czech Republic, and our speciality is metal machining. Our most popular services include metal machining, turning, and milling. We also perform metal cutting, drilling, and dynamic balancing of rotating components. We satisfy every customer in the field of metal machining. When the customer is interested we focus not only on metal machining but also on metal surface preparation: galvanizing (Zn, Ni, Cr, anodizing, lacquering, metal polishing, hardening, and vacuum metal hardening (we can provide a form of cooperation).

Our employees at Kolmetal s.r.o. produce components from bar material up to 80 mm in diameter as well as other components (from casting, forging, and milled material) up to 300 mm in diameter, including grinding and dynamic balancing of rotating components. An overwhelming majority of our metal machining production is carried out on CNC machine tools which are used for turning, milling, and drilling. Our machine park contains about 17 CNC machines.
